2. OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The purpose of the contract is to regulate the general conditions of service offered by **Art Descart**. The services that Art Descart currently provides and that are the subject of this contract are physical store and online sales.
Access to information is completely free, while the service of purchasing products is subject to payment, specifying at all times the current prices of the product, shipping prices, and applicable taxes.
The contracting procedure will be carried out in the Spanish language in any case, and Art Descart may establish the possibility of contracting the service in other specified languages.

7. PURCHASE PROCEDURE

The contracting procedure is fully electronic. Steps:
1º Search for articles
The store provides a search engine and category navigation. Each category shows products recommended or on offer selected by **Art Descart**. Product pages include photographs, descriptions and pricing. Variants (size, color, etc.) may affect price.
2º Add items to your cart
Items may be added via the [buy] button or cart icon. The basket allows quantity changes, removals and order review before proceeding via [Process order].
3º Identify yourself
Clients log in or complete the registration form. Billing, shipping, shipping costs and payment methods are then selected.
4º Finish your order
After verifying all data, clicking [Finish Order] confirms the purchase and displays the order number.

8. PRODUCT SHIPPING
Most products are in stock. Orders confirmed before 14:00 on working days are usually processed for next-day delivery within mainland Spain via urgent transport agencies, subject to operational capacity and order volume.
Cash on delivery incurs an additional fee of 5% (minimum €4 + 21% VAT). Telephone confirmation may be required prior to shipment.

9. VALIDITY OF THE PURCHASE PROCEDURE
Acceptance of the offer by the CLIENT occurs through completion of the purchase procedure described above.
Completion implies full acceptance of these contracting conditions. The contract is perfected at the moment the CLIENT confirms acceptance during checkout.

10. LEGAL RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM PURCHASE
10.1 Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw within **14 calendar days** without justification. Notification must be sent to:

10.2 Consequences of withdrawal
All payments, including standard delivery costs, will be refunded within 14 days using the original payment method. Refunds may be withheld until goods are returned.
Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer. The consumer is liable for diminished value due to handling beyond inspection.
10.3 Contractual right of withdrawal
An extended **30-day return period** from Shipment Confirmation is granted. After the legal 14-day period, only product value (not shipping) is refunded.
Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, with all documentation.

11. PARTIAL NULLITY
If any clause is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in force. The parties will renegotiate invalid sections.

12. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
